Customer Service Representative Bishop & Company | Honolulu, HI

Bishop & Company is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a reputable financial institution in Honolulu. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, multitasking across systems, and working in a fast‑paced call center environment.

• Answer incoming e‑mail and telephone inquiries in accordance with established Call Center standards
• Assist customers with general banking needs in a professional and timely manner, ensuring appropriate follow‑up
• Provide account information and help resolve customer questions, issues, or concerns
• Document customer interactions and elevate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution
• Provide general information on bank products and services, including:
  • Branch and ATM locations and hours
  • Rates and fees
  • Deposit and loan accounts
  • Convenience and monetary products and services
• Fulfill special customer requests using internal systems or by referring to the appropriate department
• Prepare account maintenance requests, including address or phone number changes
• Process requests for duplicate statements, stop payments, fee waivers, check orders, and account closures
• Cancel lost or stolen cards, reset online banking passwords, and activate debit or credit cards
• Convert customer inquiries into potential account openings by referring customers to the appropriate business units

• High School Diploma required
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and problem‑solving skills

• Job Type: Temporary (3 months with possible extension)
• Pay: $21.94 per hour
• Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
• Parking: Not provided

Full‑Time:
Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Availability for weekends is a plus.
