About the Role

Seeking four full-time, customer-oriented professionals to join our team in Waikiki. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing high-quality hospitality in a Japanese-style service environment while supporting travelers from Japan and around the world.

Employment Type
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
Work Schedule
  • Shift-based schedule aligned with lounge hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Must be available for both shifts :
    • Early Shift: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
    • Late Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Compensation
  • Annual Salary: $41,600
  • Hourly Rate: $20.00
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • Salary Review: Once a year (based on performance)
  • Bonus: Once a year (based on performance and company results)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lounge
  • (reception, standing counter, and seated desk service)
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to:
    • Cards
    • Partner merchants
    • Local tourism and travel information
  • Arrange services such as:
    • Optional tours
    • Restaurant reservations
    • Rental cars
    • Spa bookings
  • Handle emergency support cases:
    • Lost or stolen cards
    • Sudden illness or injury
    • Card insurance-related inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing
Qualifications
  • Work Authorization:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident/Green Card holder, or valid work authorization).
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in Japanese and English
    • Japanese proficiency must include polite/business-level communication (keigo), reading, and writing
  • Computer Skills:
    • Basic PC skills required (Windows / Microsoft 365)
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Strong customer service mindset inspired by Japanese hospitality
    • Team-oriented with a cooperative and positive attitude
    • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
