Job Overview
TEKsystems is seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to join a leading financial services client in Honolulu. This role supports branch teams and customers by handling service inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalated calls in a fast‑paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer and branch support calls in a high‑volume environment
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues efficiently
- Manage and de‑escalate complex or escalated calls
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Accurately document all customer interactions and follow‑ups
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
- 3+ years of experience in a call center or bank branch environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience handling escalation calls
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Basic technical/system knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with retention calls
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
- Work in a small, team‑oriented environment with low turnover

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. This is a fully onsite position.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
