Salary: $18.70 Annually

The Concierge will serve as the initial point of contact at the Main Branch Office, creating a welcoming experience and building strong relationships with members and stakeholders. Provides exceptional service, guides visitors using general knowledge of credit union functions, and communicates effectively while maintaining professionalism, independence, and a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcome all members, vendors, and stakeholders entering the main office in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identify stakeholder needs and connect them with the appropriate employee or department for assistance
  • Build strong relationships by engaging in meaningful conversations and developing rapport with members
  • Recognize opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs
  • Provide effective referrals to internal specialists when additional expertise is required
  • Assist with end‑of‑day branch operations and administrative tasks
  • Make timely and appropriate suggestions based on member goals and financial needs
  • Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to strengthen relationships and support business growth
  • Initiate targeted outreach to members regarding additional services, needs assessments, and service follow‑up
  • Address and resolve member concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all Credit Union security policies and procedures
  • Support overall branch operations and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred
  • Notary Public preferred
Minimum

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Sitting for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer.
  • Standing for prolonged periods of time in a stationary position.
  • Walking on occasion for up to 2 hours per day.
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, turning frequently.
  • Lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying up to 30 pounds on occasion.

Benefits and Pay

The expected pay for the Concierge position is $18.70 per hour.

This pay reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on typical qualifications and market data. The pay offered may vary depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
