Responsibilities
+ Generate and manage customer correspondence, including letters, , and related documentation
+ Review and validate member and plan data to ensure accuracy and completeness
+ Process incoming communications (mail, voicemail), including logging, scanning, and routing to appropriate teams
+ Maintain and update departmental materials such as benefits guides and provider directories
+ Troubleshoot workflow issues and support process improvements to enhance efficiency
+ Provide customer service support and act as backup for concierge/operator functions as needed
+ Coordinate communication and delivery of materials across internal departments
+ Conduct research related to member eligibility, claims, and reporting data
+ Manage employee access requests and maintain internal directories
+ Support vendor invoice processing and assist with administrative tracking
+ Assist with reporting, data entry, and data pulls for operational needs
Qualifications
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
+ Experience in operations support, administrative support, or customer service-related roles
+ Experience handling customer communications (phone, email, or mail)
+ Experience working with data entry, data validation, or reporting
+ Previous experience in healthcare, customer relations, or call center environments preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
