Job Description / 業務内容

English:
We are seeking a Tour Desk Staff / Customer Service professional to support their guests in Waikiki. The role includes front-line customer interaction, tour arrangements, and handling inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests at the tour desk
  • Provide information, sell, and book optional tours
  • Assist with reservations for restaurants, spas, taxis, and other services
  • Handle on-site issues or incidents during tours
  • Respond to hotel-related and general inquiries during guests' stay
  • Manage online optional tour bookings using multiple reservation systems
  • Modify, cancel, refund, and reconfirm existing reservations as needed
  • Enter and manage bookings in internal systems
Requirements / 必須要件
  • Work authorization in the U.S.
  • Business-level English and Japanese
  • Basic computer skills

  • Experience in customer service or travel arrangements within the travel industry

  • ツアー当日のお迎えや参加時のトラブル対応
  • ホテル関連および滞在中のお問い合わせ対応
  • 複数の予約システムを使用したオプショナルツアー新規予約業務
  • 既存予約の変更・キャンセル・返金・再確認・その他問い合わせ対応
  • 社内管理システムへの入力と予約管理業務
必須要件:
  • 米国で合法的に就労可能なステータス・ビザをお持ちの方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語
  • 基本的なPCスキル
歓迎要件:
  • 旅行業界でのカスタマーサービス・手配経験者
