SummaryHyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is searching for a Front Desk Agent (Guest Service Agent) to join our Front Office Team in an On-Call capacity. Our 1230-room property is located in the heart of Waikiki, just steps away from azure blue waters and soft sands of Waikiki Beach. We emphasize personalized services with the spirit of Aloha and focus on learning and sharing Hawaiian Culture and History with our colleagues and guests.
Front Desk Agents are responsible for directly interacting with guests throughout their stay—from the arrival and check-in process through check-out and departures—providing information about the Resort, Restaurants, Spa, and surrounding areas to create an exceptional experience.
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $27.27 - $34.09.
Qualifications- Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests
- Ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- Open availability, including overnights and weekends
- Comfortable with fast-paced environment
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Able to work a variety of shifts including holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
