Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide elite customer service to crew and passengers at our aviation services facilities. The role includes concierge support, invoicing, and coordination with ground personnel.
Responsibilities and Duties- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as requested
- Process invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots
- Record customer preferences in the internal system
- Perform proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
- Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partner with the line service team to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Keep the hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages
- Maintain a neat work area at all times, including front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities
The role reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Work EnvironmentProfessional environment that may expose staff to varying weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non‑moving aircraft.
Physical Demands- Lift up to 25 pounds
- Stand while greeting customers, walk throughout the facility
- Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery
This is a non‑exempt position requiring shift work, including evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.
TravelNo travel is expected for this position.
Requirements and Qualifications- Customer service experience, preferably in the service industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Entry‑level position
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Zero‑tolerance drug‑free employer policy, including pre‑employment and random screening
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by company insurance policy (requires a clean driving record)
- Bi‑lingual preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale programs
- Basic mathematical knowledge
Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
