Branch Call Support Consultant

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, supportive, organized Branch Call Support Consultant to join our Service Delivery Division.

The annual salary range for this role is $45,500–$59,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired at the level that aligns with their experience.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary).

In this role, you’ll support Branches, Call Center, and other departments in assisting customers with the resolution of operational inquiries and concerns.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a branch environment required.
• Familiarity with technology systems.
• Work experience in a customer service‑oriented field preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow‑through.
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Good time management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to work various hours, days, weekends, and holidays.
