Job Location: Waikiki

Compensation: $20/hour

Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full Time

Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 9:45-18:30 (2 shift system)

Job Overview: 大手日系企業のラウンジカスタマーサービスポジション。主に日本のご旅行者様の受付、応対、案内、手配業務などをお任せします。

• Customer service:
  Greet customers professionally and friendly as the company's representative.
• Support and troubleshoot for customers as needed while customers are staying in Hawaii.
• Operate and arrange optional tours.
• Document Management:
  Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring that important documents are well organized and easily accessible.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients and team members.
• Confidentiality:
  Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding customer's information.

• 日英バイリンガル（日本語は読み書き含む。英語は正確にコミュニケーションの取れるレベル）
• 週末・祝日に勤務できる方
• カスタマーサービス経験者優遇
• PCスキル（ワード、エクセル）が必要、パワーポイントはできれば優遇
• SNS経験者優遇
• 米国での就労資格
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays.

Work Schedule:

9:45-18:15 or 10:00-18:30 (shift system). 2026年4月以降は営業時間変更予定のためシフトも変わります。
