Servco Pacific is looking for a part-time Customer Care Representative to join their Customer Care Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Candidates will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and managing outbound communications to customers.
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong preference for those with call center knowledge. Flexibility for part-time hours from Monday to Saturday is required.
