Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member
Full Time in Honolulu, HI
Role DescriptionAs an Account Associate for Ryan Miyashita – State Farm Agent, you play a critical role in daily business operations and drive customer success. You build strong customer relationships, serve as a liaison between clients and agency departments, and proactively market relevant products and services.
Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
