Customer Return Representative

Pay & Shift Premium

$18.50/hour. Shift Premium may apply. We’re hiring immediately.

• Assist customers as they return their rental vehicles, greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition.
• Check cars into our computer system and ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service while working outdoors.

• Bi-weekly hourly wage (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage).

• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Position requires regular on-site presence; cannot be performed remotely.
• 6‑month retail or customer service experience is a bonus.
