Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, a 1,230‑room property in the heart of Waikiki near azure blue waters and soft sands, seeks a Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office Team in an On‑Call capacity. Front Desk Agents interact directly with guests throughout their stay, handling check‑in, check‑out, and providing information about resort amenities, restaurants, spa, and local attractions to ensure an exceptional experience.

• Provide courteous, professional service to guests from arrival to departure.
• Manage reservations, check‑in/check‑out procedures, and uniform billing.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of resort services and local attractions.
• Uphold safety, health, and security standards.

• Prior customer service experience with direct guest interaction.
• Ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Open availability, including overnight and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable with a fast‑paced environment.
• True desire to satisfy others’ needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Hourly rate: $28.67 – $35.84.
