Charley’s Taxi in Honolulu, HI, is seeking a Bi-lingual Call Taker (Japanese/English) to work on-site. Candidates must handle high-volume calls, take taxi and tour orders in Japanese and English, and input orders into the dispatch system quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers, customers, and tour agents for timely pickups, handwriting orders, and updating logs/spreadsheets for commissions and itineraries, while adapting to policy changes.
