Koha Foods is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu.
For over 40 years, Koha Foods has proudly supported Hawaii’s food industry by importing, manufacturing, and distributing Asian and specialty food products across the islands. Behind everything we do is a team committed to working together, supporting our customers, and continuously improving.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an important role in supporting our customers and internal teams. This position helps with processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, providing product and delivery information, and coordinating with departments such as sales, warehouse, and logistics to help ensure a great customer experience.
