Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Office or banking experience is a plus!
Salary: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

- Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency.
- Take payments and process customer policy change requests.
- Respond to all inquiries within specified timeframe.
- Property & Casualty license a plus!
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully communicate with our clients and prospects.
