Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product information
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

• Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in English and is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem‑solving abilities

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Experience level: 3 years
• Shift: 8 hour shift
