The Member Service Professional (MSP) provides concierge and lifestyle services to American Express Cardholders in the Centurion Lounge located s serve as ambassadors of the brand, delivering exceptional service and enhancing the customer experience.

• Welcome guests and provide access upon arrival.
• Take ownership of the guest experience from start to finish.
• Develop creative solutions to guest concerns to build loyalty.
• Apply the "Guest First" philosophy in meeting expectations.
• Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations.
• Provide travel and reservation assistance.
• Coordinate with food & beverage partners to accommodate guest requests.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum of 1 year experience servicing premium customers.
• Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry (e.g., reservations).
• Enthusiasm for proactive service solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Professionalism and strong teamwork.
• Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative use of network resources and assistance tools.
• Proficiency with multiple legacy systems.
• Adaptability, resilience, and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Light to moderate lifting as required.

5:00AM – 10:00PM, Monday–Sunday. Hours may vary with business needs.
