E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

The major home fashions company in the City of Commerce is hiring a Logistics Staff member to handle order processing, shipment management, and customer service.

• Process orders and maintain accurate order records.
• Handle domestic and international shipments using various carriers.
• Perform general filing, data entry, office assistance, and customer service tasks.
• Process E‑Commerce orders from platforms such as Wayfair, Amazon, Bed‑Bath and Beyond, JCP, Lowe’s, Macy’s, AAFES, and Walmart.
• Use EDI with routing/shipping guides.
• Complete shipping documents, including packing lists and Bills of Lading.
• Provide customer service support.

• College degree or equivalent with at least one year of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Sage for order import and reporting.
• Detail oriented.
• Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment and take on additional duties as assigned.
