Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Our client, a leading organization in customer support services, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their Customer Support Department and support the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Interact with customers to provide information about products and services.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Determine customer issues and offer appropriate solutions or follow-up actions.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
