Call Center Representative - Honolulu HI

Adecco is currently assisting a local bank recruit for Call Center Representative jobs in Honolulu, HI. These Call Center Representative Jobs are full time, 40 hours per week opportunities, with starting pay rates of $20 per hour, plus overtime!

Call Center Jobs have employees become the voice of the bank for customers. You'd be expected to receive calls and problem solve on behalf of the bank for its customers. A typical conversation will have you discuss bank transactions, balance inquiries, funds transfers, troubleshooting website logins, assisting internal bank personnel and transferring customers to specialty departments and Branches as needed.

Training is extensive and the work provides a fulfilling and rewarding career path where you get to quickly resolve concerns and help the customers move on with their financial journey.

The starting pay rate for Call Center Representative Jobs is $20.00/ hr.

Call Center Representative jobs are strong communicators, who are open to learning a lot of new information about the bank’s services and systems. Call center experience is preferred but not required. Computer skills needed, familiarity with browsing, typing, and reviewing information accurately and efficiently on screen are needed.
