Greet passengers and provide a friendly welcome while assisting with arrivals, check-in, and boarding processes;
Handle ticketing, baggage services, reservations, and related inquiries or complaints using a computerized system;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures;
Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchair, stroller, and gate-checked items are available for loading and delivery to passengers;
Push wheelchairs and assist passengers through airport areas; adhere to safety procedures and company policies; report safety incidents as required
