Process Associate (Chat Agent) – Full‑time, Permanent position based in Mansarovar, Jaipur.
LocationMansarovar, Jaipur
Eligibility & Requirements- Excellent written English with good grammar.
- Minimum graduate qualification;
Bachelor’s preferred. - Freshers may apply.
- Commitment of at least 1 year.
- Age 18‑28 years.
- Must be a resident of Jaipur.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (every 2 months).
- Deliver timely resolutions to customers via live chat and email.
- Lead inquiries on the company’s global clients’ business websites and apps.
- Provide customer support in a professional manner.
Salary: ₹ – ₹ per year (up to 3
LPA).
- Provident Fund.
Rotational shifts; shift changes every 2 months.
ExperienceCustomer support experience: 1 year preferred; freshers accepted.
