We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support community members by delivering responsive service and administrative assistance for human services programs in Honolulu, Hawaii. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and communicates clearly across phone, email, and in-person interactions. The person in this role will coordinate client-facing activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive experience for individuals seeking program support.

Due to onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to questions from clients and community members with professionalism, empathy, and accurate information about available programs and services.
• Coordinate appointment times and pickup schedules, ensuring clients receive timely updates and clear instructions.
• Enter and maintain client and program information in internal records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct client surveys and document feedback to support service improvement efforts and program reporting.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep warehouse and human services operations running efficiently.
• Communicate through phone and email to resolve routine service issues, answer follow-up questions, and provide status updates.
• Work closely with staff across multiple programs to support smooth service delivery for a diverse community population.
