Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Assignment Duration:
Immediate start through year-end

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Service Specialist to support a busy Mortgage Loan Servicing team. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors responsible for timely payments of hazard, hurricane, and flood insurance policies.
• Ensure information is accurately updated and maintained within banking systems.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and insurance agents via phone and email.
• Research and resolve escrow-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Mortgage Loan Servicing team.

• Previous experience in customer service, banking, mortgage servicing, escrow, insurance, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn new software systems and navigate a networked computer environment.
