Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity with a Hawaii-based food manufacturing and consumer products company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, processing orders, and supporting a fast-paced sales and operations team.

The Customer Service Representative will provide outstanding service to customers while processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and handling administrative duties that support day-to-day operations.

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and orders
• Process customer orders and invoices accurately
• Maintain customer records and electronic filing systems
• Support sales, accounting, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Enter data and update information in company systems
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Previous order entry or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate data entry and basic math skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented and dependable work ethic
