Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Guest Check-In Desk Attendant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description Greet and assist guests during cruise terminal check-in.Scan identification and passports using an iPad system.Process guest check-ins accurately and efficiently.Provide customer service support and answer guest questions.Follow detailed instructions and check-in procedures.Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand.Support team operations during high-volume check-in periods.Position Requirements
Ability to use an iPad and basic technology tools.Ability to attend required in-person training sessions.Ability to comply with strict grooming and uniform standards.Strong communication and listening skills.Professional and polished demeanor.Reliable and detail-oriented.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is part of Array Corporation
