The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
- Assist the sales team by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
- Maintain selling-floor standards and keep supplies and workstations organized and stocked.
- Support client service, concierge, greeter, doorperson, and after-sales activities, including repair records and client contact.
- Answer phones promptly and provide courteous customer service.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Microsoft Office computer skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to work in person at the designated location.
