A thriving dental practice on the Kauai Island is seeking a General Dentist to join their patient-centered team. This high-volume practice is part of a respected dental group with locations across Hawaii and offers a supportive, collaborative work environment with access to clinical mentorship and modern technology.

Highlights:

– Located on the island of Kauai

– Modern, well-equipped office with strong patient base

Schedule:

– Full-time preferred:
Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

– Part-time (2–3 days/week) available for the right candidate

Ideal Candidate:

– 2+ years of clinical experience preferred

– Strong clinical and communication skills

– Patient-first approach and team mindset

– Interest in long-term growth

– Guaranteed daily rate: $800–$1,000 (first 5 months)

– Transition to 30–35% of net collections starting month 6

– $10,000 sign-on bonus

– Additional benefits for full-time
