We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator who will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service and care. This position involves coordinating treatment plans, presenting financial options to patients, managing patient interactions, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of our practice. The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with both patients and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless communication and care delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding treatment options and procedures.
• Develop and present clear, personalized treatment options that inspire confidence.
• Offer clear and affordable financing options to ensure treatment is accessible for all patients.
• Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and medical histories.
