We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect/Project Manager to lead and oversee architectural projects from conception through completion - "Craddle To Grave". The ideal candidate will possess a strong background to lead each project in architectural detailing, project management, construction administration, and design, with proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and other architectural software tools. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Project Management:
  Successfully manage and lead multiple projects of various sizes and complexities. Manage costs and schedules effectively to keep the projects on track and on budget.
• Client Interaction:
  Engage with clients to build positive relationships, understand their needs, and manage expectations.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate efficient project delivery.
• Technical Expertise:
  Oversee and lead the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Code Compliance:
  Stay up to date with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure projects meet all required standards.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of project documentation and compliance with design standards.
• Construction Administration:
  Oversee construction activities, including site visits, reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with design intent and local building codes.

• Licensed architect in the State of Hawaii (required).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience as an Architect or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Possess the ability to operate with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
