Studio Administrative Coordinator

Our award-winning boutique architecture and interior design firm is seeking a polished, proactive Studio Administrative Coordinator who thrives in a creative studio environment. The Studio Administrative Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI.

This role manages client and visitor experience, coordinates vendors, and maintains our architecture and interior design materials library.

The ideal candidate has experience in the A/E/C industry, is highly organized, works independently, and is comfortable supporting multiple team leaders. Familiarity with marketing production support—such as assembling visual materials—is strongly preferred.
