Architectural Project Manager

Location: Honolulu, HI

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: $100-$200k (DOE)

Overview

This role supports a design‑focused architecture firm committed to creating thoughtful, sustainable environments through strong collaboration and client relationships. The Project Manager leads architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design intent, financial performance, and team coordination stay aligned through all phases.

You’ll manage multiple projects, guide internal teams and consultants, and serve as a key point of contact for clients—balancing creativity, organization, and accountability in a fast‑paced studio environment.

• Monday–Friday, 7:00–9:00 AM start time
• Every second week: 4 full days + half day Friday
• 8.5‑hour days with 1‑hour lunch

• Manage architectural projects through all phases
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and documentation
• Coordinate consultants and internal project teams
• Lead client meetings and presentations
• Support sustainable design strategies and LEED goals
• Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• Architectural licensure preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience in an architectural firm
• Strong understanding of building systems and design processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
