• Accredited architectural degree
• Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience
• Proficiency in Revit and Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• Currently living on Oahu

• Engage in all aspects of architectural design from schematic through construction phase of the project.
• Lead a team and consultants from concept through completion of projects.
• Prepare and submit permit‑ready sets to local jurisdictional authorities.
• Provide drafting and document preparation tasks for residential and commercial construction.
