INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER/ PROJECT MANAGER

OverviewImmediate opening for an Interior Architectural Designer/Project Manager with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of commercial and/or institutional experience. Experience and knowledge in the preparation of design and construction documents.
The applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator.
Responsibilities- Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required.
- Knowledge of Revit, Sketch Up, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable.
- Architectural License and LEED accreditation preferred but not required.
- Provides design and drafting direction and some support for a variety of interior design projects including developing interior design environments for institutional, educational and commercial/industrial buildings.
- Able to initiate and perform all aspects of a project from design through construction.
- Performs design and project management duties in the planning, design, and installation of interior architectural projects.
