Immediate opening for an Architect with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of commercial and/or institutional experience.
Experience and knowledge in the preparation of design, construction, and planning documents in areas of general drafting, cadd operation, and graphic delineation. Capable in the preparation of design development and construction documents.
Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator.
- Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required.
- Knowledge of Revit, Sketch Up, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable.
- Accredited Architectural degree and licensure required.
- LEED accreditation is highly desirable and preferable.
