PRIMARY PURPOSETo develop creative and original concepts for corporate initiatives; and to design and produce print and digital elements through presentations, technical and conceptual web graphics, interactive marketing and print materials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates with SVP Sales & Marketing on creative concepts for corporate initiatives and brand development.
Researches new design techniques and mediums and trains other designers on new processes.
Liaises with event planner and outside vendors on development and production of materials for conferences and trade shows.
Designs and maintains prospect websites including graphic development, regular site updates, usability reviews, and traffic reporting.
Prepares technical and conceptual graphics, charts, and flowcharts for use in presentations and proposals using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Develops traditional, video, and interactive multi-media presentations.
Designs and lays out print and electronic promotional collateral including brochures, flyers, emails, corporate and product presentations, etc.
Manages, coordinates, and assists in printing including blue lines, color proofs and press checks.
Oversees the slide/content library.
Communicates project progression to appropriate parties.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization’s quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS Education & LicensingBachelor's degree with major in graphic design or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
ExperienceSix (6) years of graphic/web design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & KnowledgeExcellent knowledge of graphic and photo software
Good knowledge of web technology
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $60,000 -$70,000.
