  - Aortic dissections - Emergency ECMO/Impella - Rarely CABG/cardiac trauma consults
• Other Info:
  
  - The elective CABG/valve consults can be dealt with by primary TCV after the weekend.
  
  - If the staff surgeons are on PTO then the locums will cover that period too; PTO dates to be identified.
