** Job Summary
** The Teacher at Large is a regular, full time faculty member who serves primarily in their assigned school but could be assigned anywhere from K-12 as the need arises.  Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  substitute teaching (daily),  covering teacher supervision duties, supporting students by providing one-on-one and small group tutoring, small group intervention and student support, assisting other teachers with instruction, assessments, grading and other classroom responsibilities, participating in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions, events, and trips, participating in school-based and campus-wide staff professional development activities, and other duties as assigned.

** Essential Responsibilities
*** Serve as a daily substitute teacher at assigned school (Elementary, Middle, or High) but, depending on the areas of highest need, could serve throughout the campus from grades K-12
* During times where there is no substitute assignment, responsibilities include but are not limited to:  + Teacher supervision duties;  + Supporting students by providing one-on-one and small group tutoring;  + Small group intervention and student support;  + Assisting other teachers with instruction, assessments, grading and other classroom responsibilities;  + Participating in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions, events, and trips;  

+ Participating in school-based and campus-wide staff professional development activities; and  + Other duties as assigned
