for student supervisory positions (teacher, teacher’s aide, after school care, summer fun)

The Resource Teacher supports elementary students with diverse learning needs by employing targeted achievement interventions & research-based teaching strategies.

The Resource Teacher also provides support to teachers, parents and school administrators when addressing student learning challenges. The Resource Teacher is a critical member of school student case conferences. The Resource Teacher provides insights and recommendations to guide school personnel in helping students to succeed.

This role ensures that academic support services are coordinated, mission-aligned, and responsive to student achievement data. The Resource Teacher works directly with students while partnering with classroom teachers to implement effective differentiation strategies. Must have working knowledge of data to guide practice.

The Resource Teacher reports to the K-12 Principal.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Training in teaching, elementary with expertise reading, writing & math

Are you passionate about caring for others and serving in a Christ-centered environment? Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated Health Aide to support the well‑being of our Preschool, Elementary, and Secondary students and staff. This vital role ensures the health and safety of our school community while promoting a nurturing environment rooted in Christian values.

• Provide compassionate care for sick or injured students and staff
• Maintain student medical records and ensure compliance with state health requirements
• Track and report COVID-19 cases and health concerns
• Assist with morning/extended care and dismissal
• Manage medical supplies and assist with staff health trainings

• High school Diploma (minimum)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email communication, and school platforms such as FACTS SIS
• Able to navigate digital records and maintain organized documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Christ‑like attitude with a heart to serve children and families
