Position is expected to begin approximately July 1, 2026 or as mutually acceptable. Renewal of appointment is dependent on performance, program needs and/or availability of funds.
Duties& Responsibilities
* Conductin-person and Zoom advisingrelated services for undergraduate students in the Department of Information & Computer Sciences.
* Support the function of the ICS Advising Team in advertisement, outreach, and recruitment activities.
* Process advising-related paperwork.
* Assist in managing ICS Advising media and newsletter.
* Work with undergraduate data to improveadvising services and promote student success.
* Other dutiesas required.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree. Currently enrolled in a graduate program.
* 0 years of experience in academicadvising.
* Experience working in a team environment.
* Strong communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
* Familiar with working with a diverse student population.
* Access to a car and has a driver license.
