Job Summary
The Genders & Sexualities Advocacy Center (GSAC) Student Program Coordinator is an experienced student leader who assists with the day‑to‑day functions of the office and provides necessary support to Center Advocates, programs, and initiatives in GSAC. They work independently to complete administrative tasks, send communications, promote events, and assist with the planning and assessment of events and initiatives. The Student Program Coordinator serves as a resource and liaison for students, student organizations, and the campus community, offering one‑on‑one coaching conversations as needed and referring students to staff and campus resources.
Key Job Responsibilities• Provide administrative support to GSAC and related student engagement initiatives.
• Send communications and promote events.
• Assist in planning, assessing, and executing events and initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between students, student organizations, and campus stakeholders.
• Offer coaching and refer students to appropriate resources.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Junior or senior in good standing at the university.
- At least one year of related program or student leadership experience.
- Flexible availability to accommodate the schedule.
