Fall 2026, part‑time, for lecturer candidate pool, non‑tenurial, assignments as needed, contingent on availability of funds, satisfactory performance, and actual staffing requirements.
To teach Early College courses for DOE schools, background checks will be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science or related Natural Sciences plus three (3) years related work experience in Fire Science/Fire and Environmental Emergency Response occupations; or
- Associate degree in Fire Science or related Natural Sciences plus five (5) years related work experience in Fire Science/Fire and Environmental Emergency Response occupations; or
- 15 college credits plus seven (7) years related work experience in Fire Science/Fire and Environmental Emergency Response occupations.
(Related Natural Sciences: All Biological Sciences, General Sciences, and all Physical Sciences.)
