Electrician Training Leader

Duties

You will develop and modify lesson plans, training aids, and documents.

You will provide classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and mockup simulations in accordance with approved lesson plans.

You will develop, upgrade, and maintain course content to ensure information is current, aligned to shop work practices, and prepares our workforce for future capabilities.

You will develop training schedules based on customer needs, reports, and management forecasts.

You will prepare training material, tools, equipment, and facilities for training evolutions.

You will assess student progress with meeting targeted course objectives; provide guidance and coaching to improve student performance; and ensures a safe, non-hostile training environment.

You will develop and administers written and practical examinations commensurate with the course objectives.

You will prepare and maintains training records, progress reports, and other documentation required to certify worker qualifications for audit and historical purposes.
