JOB SUMMARY

Mid-Pacific middle school teachers are passionate about teaching and dedicated to supporting the unique developmental needs of adolescents, including both cognitive and social-emotional growth. This approach supports the development of students' critical thinking skills, encourages real-world applications, and integrates technology meaningfully into the curriculum.

Social-emotional learning is central to the Middle School experience. All teachers serve as advisors, cultivating strong, supportive relationships with students through the delivery of advisory program activities.

This role emphasizes inquiry, empathy, and communication to help students make meaningful connections between themselves, their communities, and the broader world.
