For lecturer applicant pool. Non-tenurial, pending availability of funds, and actual staffing requirements. This includes Early College Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in the Discipline and/or Interdisciplinary Studies.
• Maintain minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught.
• Prepare course syllabus and reports related to teaching and student progress.
• Work under supervision of department chairperson in integrating teaching efforts with other instructors in the discipline area.
• Duties and responsibilities may include work with multi-media presentations and distance education instruction.

• As listed below. All minimum qualifications must be from institutions accredited by recognized US accrediting agencies and met by the effective date of appointment. MATHEMATICS: (a) Master's in Mathematics; or (b) Master's in Math Education with 18 credits of advanced coursework (300-400 level courses offered in a bachelor's program in math) of which nine (9) credits are at graduate level (post baccalaureate courses at the level specified by the institution where the credits were earned);
  
  or (c) Master's of Art in Teaching Math with 18 credits of advanced coursework (300-400 level courses offered in a bachelor's program in math), of which 9 credits are at graduate level (post baccalaureate courses at the level specified by the institution where the credits were earned); or (d) Master's in STEM-related field (applied math, engineering, physical science, and biological science) with 18 credits of advanced coursework (300-400 level courses offered in a bachelor's program in math).

• Teaching experience at community college level.
• Demonstrated ability to work with adult learners.
• Familiarity with competency-based instruction and behavioral objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in curriculum development.
