YMCA of Honolulu is seeking an Engagement Specialist to design and lead student-centered clubs for youth in grades 6–12. You will create engaging after-school sports experiences that reflect teen interests and promote youth voice and inclusion, under YMCA leadership.
The role involves building positive relationships, supervising junior staff, and developing new programs to enhance teen development while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment in line with YMCA standards.
