* ** Senior Learning Consultant*
* ** About the Role*
* The Senior Learning Consultant supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that strengthen employee performance and advance organizational learning. Working closely with senior learning professionals, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure training is effective, aligned to business needs, and continuously improved through feedback and data-driven insights.
This position involves facilitating instructor-led and virtual training, supporting train-the-trainer programs, coaching facilitators, and contributing to learning strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and performance improvement.
** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Training Delivery*
* + Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions.
+ Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions across a variety of audiences and business needs.
+ Support deployment, go-live, and ongoing operational training efforts.
+ Provide coaching to trainers and learners to improve effectiveness and confidence.
** Performance Assessment and Feedback*
* + Observe training sessions and provide constructive feedback to improve delivery.
+ Conduct one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions with trainers.
+ Monitor learner progress and training impact to support continuous improvement.
** Continuous Learning and Knowledge Transfer*
* + Identify knowledge gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop or update training materials.
+ Support ongoing learning initiatives to keep teams current and prepared.
** Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration*
* + Partner with internal teams to align training with organizational goals.
+ Provide updates on training progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
+ Collaborate with external partners as needed to support third-party training integration.
** Data Analysis and Reporting*
* + Analyze training outcomes and learner feedback to assess effectiveness.
+ Track key performance indicators such as completion rates, satisfaction, and skill improvement.
+ Use data insights to refine training programs and improve learner outcomes.
** Change Management Support*
* + Support learning and change management strategies across the organization.
+ Help drive adoption, readiness, and long-term performance improvement.
** Responsibilities*
* ** Qualifications*
* ** Required*
* + Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 3-6 years of experience in training, learning development, or a related field.
+ Experience developing training programs, performing needs analysis, and assessing performance.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams.
+ Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve performance.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
+ Ability to work irregular hours as required and permitted by local regulations.
** Preferred*
* + Experience applying adult learning principles.
+ Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
+ Experience delivering electronic health record training.

** Eligibility Requirements*
* Applicants for U.S.
-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the applicable government security clearance.

Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
