Pay: $170–$200 per day

Tradewinds Elementary School for the Gifted is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and caring educators to join our on-call substitute teacher roster.

Our school provides a unique learning environment with small class sizes (approximately 8 students),

allowing substitutes to focus on meaningful instruction while building positive relationships with students.

• Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Supervise students throughout the school day.
• Communicate effectively with school staff.
• Uphold school policies and professional standards.

• Experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Ability to adapt to different grade levels and classroom needs.
• Must meet all applicable state requirements for substitute teachers and successfully complete required background checks.
